Rubber Air Spring Working Conditions

All surfaces, including the air spring and mounting area, should be free of oil, petroleum, and solvents.
The hydraulic and pneumatic lines of the air supply system should be leak-proof
Air pressure must not exceed 7 bar/101 psi
Ambient temperature should be between -40℃+70℃
There should be sufficient clearance around the air spring to prevent any contact.
All bolts should be tightened to specified torque specifications.
Vehicles should be loaded to factory specifications and the load should be properly secured.
Air springs should be kept clean. Clean with water and soap.
