3. The GUOMAT ABC pillar replaces the pillar of the original car and is installed on the left rear side of the Mercedes-Benz vehicle via ABC (Active Body Control).

The ABC or Active Body Control System is a high quality suspension system developed by Mercedes-Benz to complement the body motion control of the vehicle under different driving conditions. Using sensors connected to the computer and hydraulic servo, the ABC system controls the action of the active suspension and eliminates body sway.
 

The Mercedes-Benz ABC Pillar (also known as the Hydro-Pneumatic Pillar) has steel coil springs, shock absorbers and hydraulically controlled adjustment cylinders.
