The productive principle of Air spring

GUOMAT Air Springs are highly durable, precisely engineered and cost-effective for use in a wide variety of actuation and vibration isolation applications. With time-tested designs incorporating fabric-reinforced Wingprene™ or natural rubber flex-member construction and corrosion-protected end retainers, Air Springs provide superior quality and performance. As actuators, GUOMAT Air Springs can provide either linear or angular motion.

Air spring is made up of rubber bellows, cover, base, auxiliary air chamber, such as clamping ring, buffer block components .The air bellows usually include the inner is one layer, the middle is two layers fabric-reinforced, the outside is one layer rubber. Thickening version is two layer the middle is two layers fabric-reinforced, the outside is two layer rubber .This business unit also manufactures rubber expansion joints and air actuators for plant and machine construction .The temperatures of fabric - reinforced natural rubber - Operating temperatures: - 76°F to 150°F (-60°C to 65°C) and fabric - reinforced Wingprene -Operating temperatures: - 40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 65°C).
