How to Install Truck Rubber Air Springs

First, press the upper end stop with the thumbs of both hands while pressing inward at four points, squeezing the middle of the airbag, and then down to about one hand's width.
Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, being sure to place the pocket logo lettering up.
Secure the lower port to the ring seat on the piston and the upper port to the ring seat under the top plate. During the entire installation process, protective measures must be taken to support the frame and axle to prevent the body from slipping and causing personal injury.
Charge the air spring so that its top and bottom ports are precisely positioned between the top plate and piston. The interface slides quickly into place.
Lower the vehicle and the air spring will automatically roll down the piston. Finally the installation is complete.
