I. Pre-Installation Preparation

Park the vehicle on a flat, firm surface and securely support the chassis using a safety bracket
Turn off the engine, disconnect the battery, and completely release air pressure in the suspension system
Inspect the old air spring for wear, bolt condition, and surrounding air lines
After unpacking, inspect the new air spring's rubber surface for damage and ensure metal end plates are intact
Prepare torque wrench, suitable sockets, threadlocker, and leak-detecting soapy water

II. Key Installation Steps

Alignment: Align the air spring with mounting brackets by hand, ensuring positioning marks match. Do not force with tools
Tightening Bolts: Use genuine or higher-grade bolt assemblies. Tighten step-by-step using a calibrated torque wrench according to specified torque values and diagonal alternating sequence
Connecting Air Lines: Connect air hoses using new clamps or locking rings, ensuring connectors are fully inserted and locked
