How to Choose the Right Air Spring for a Punching Machine
1. Determine key parameters
Load requirements
Calculate the total weight of the punching machine (including molds, workpieces, etc.) to ensure that the rated load capacity of the air spring is ≥ the total weight.
If the load is unevenly distributed (such as eccentric punching), it is necessary to select according to the maximum force point, or install multiple air springs in a dispersed manner.
Stroke requirements
