About Air Spring

 

According to the structure of the air bag, the air spring can be divided into three types: bag type, membrane type and composite type.

The bladder-type air spring consists of a rubber bladder with cords and compressed air enclosed in it. The inner layer of the airbag is made of air-tight rubber, while the outer layer is made of oil-resistant rubber. Airbags are generally made of two sections, but there are also single sections or three or four sections. The more the number of sections, the better the elasticity. There is a steel waist ring between the sections, so that the middle part will not expand radially and prevent the two sections from rubbing against each other. The upper and lower covers of the airbag seal the airbag.
