Goodyear 3B12-310 Air Suspension Parts 578-93-3-100 Convoluted Type Rubber Air Spring
An air spring is a precisely engineered rubber-fabric bellow containing a column of compressed air. The bellow itself does not provide force or support the load; this function is entirely fulfilled by the column of air within it. GUOMAT air suspensions are meticulously crafted flexible bellows equipped with specially designed metal end caps.
Our standard double-layer air spring bellows are constructed with four layers in total. Many of our air shock suspensions also feature high-strength structures to withstand greater pressure. In such cases, the design includes either four layers of fabric-reinforced rubber or two layers of special high-strength cords, complemented by an inner lining and an outer cover.

Main Applications of GUOMAT Airbags
GUOMAT airbags play a vital and reliable role in heavy-duty trucks, tractors, and various trailer systems, significantly improving vehicle performance, durability, and comfort.
- Main Trailer Suspension Air Springs: Significantly enhance cargo protection, reducing wear caused by road impacts and trailer bounce when unloaded. They not only extend trailer life but also enable trailers to adapt to more transport types, effectively reducing costly unloaded costs.
- Lift Axle Air Springs: Allow the driver to raise and lower the axle without leaving the vehicle. They reduce tire wear when unloaded or partially loaded and improve cornering agility when using long-wheelbase tandem axles.
- Drive Axle Air Springs: Optimize tractor stability and handling, further enhancing driving comfort and safety. They also effectively reduce vehicle maintenance needs, extend tire life, and increase the vehicle's resale value. Their lifespan is typically more than twice that of steel springs, and they require virtually no maintenance.
- Front Axle Air Springs: Significantly improve vehicle steering response and overall handling performance, while reducing unnecessary tire wear and mitigating structural problems caused by cab vibrations.
- Cab Air Springs: Significantly reduce harmful vibrations from the road surface, addressing common problems with standard cab suspensions and helping to improve cab stability and driver comfort.
- Seat Air Springs: Primarily absorb minor vibrations, effectively improving driver comfort and helping to reduce fatigue during long drives.
