A customer operating heavy-duty industrial equipment required air springs capable of supporting large loads while maintaining reliable shock absorption. The machines were used in a production environment where continuous operation and strong mechanical vibration were common.

Traditional metal springs previously used in the system were unable to effectively absorb vibration, which sometimes affected machine stability. After reviewing the equipment specifications, the customer decided to test GUOMAT industrial air springs as an alternative solution.

The installation was straightforward because the air springs matched the required mounting dimensions and air connection design. Once installed, the air springs provided more flexible load support and improved vibration isolation, helping the equipment operate more smoothly.

The air chamber inside the rubber bellows absorbed part of the mechanical shock generated during operation, reducing the vibration transmitted to the machine frame. As a result, the equipment achieved more stable operation and better protection for surrounding components.

The customer later expanded the use of GUOMAT air springs to additional machines within the same production line. Today, GUOMAT air springs are used in their facility as a reliable solution for heavy-load support and vibration control in industrial machinery.
